For more than 25 years, Arthur J. Ziller has been building a successful track record in the field of personal injury litigation. Born in New York City, Mr. Ziller moved to Buffalo in 1953 when his father gained employment at Bethlehem Steel. He grew up in South Buffalo and Tonawanda, graduating from Kenmore East High School in 1965.

From there, he went on to earn a Bachelor of Arts degree from the State University of New York (SUNY) at Plattsburgh in 1969 and then a master's in history in 1971. In 1977, he graduated with a Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami School of Law and returned to Buffalo to begin practicing personal injury litigation. He established a solo practice in 1990.

In 1996, Ziller, Marsh & Lang, LLP, was formed. Since then, the firm has limited its practice to personal injury litigation and represented thousands of Western New Yorkers who have been injured by the negligence of others.

Mr. Ziller is an active member of the Erie County Bar Association, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, and the Western New York Trial Lawyers Association.

Over the years, he has been selected by other attorneys to serve as a mediator and arbitrator in many personal injury cases. Mr. Ziller has also led and participated in seminars and been a lecturer at various continuing legal education courses.

Besides practicing law, he served as an adjunct professor at the University at Buffalo's School of Law teaching litigation strategy. He has also been an enthusiastic supporter of a variety of civic and charitable organizations.
